For rent, winter and summer, a studio apartment in the attractive Swiss-style Residence Les Sapins, excellently positioned in the centre of the resort, just a one-minute walk from the Bellecote piste, and two minutes from the Croisette – the central lift station – and within easy walking distance of supermarkets, boutiques, ski-hire shops, plus the bars, restaurants and clubs which make up Courchevel’s legendary après ski scene. Ideal for couples or small families.

20 sq. metres floor space with sliding doors to a 4 sq. metre balcony. Quiet rear-facing aspect with a screen of snow-laden conifers protecting your privacy and well way from the après ski hubub. 2nd floor position with easy access. Ski locker in secure basement.

Minutes after leaving the building, you could be on one of the three main lifts leaving the Croisette and heading for either the Jardin Alpin area, with its easy runs and access to the 1650's slopes; the Chenus area, with many intermediate runs and access to Meribel and la Tania; or Verdons, where you can warm up, or take the cable car to the top and explore the wonderland of Courchevel's more challenging skiing and also head off further into the 3 Valleys.

 

Equipped with a pull-down sofa bed and full size bunk beds, the apartment can sleep up to four. It is ideal for a couple – on their own or with one or two smaller children; a single adult who wants privacy and space; two or three single friends, or even a couple and two older children or adults, though it is a little small for four grownups.

There is a television with a built-in DVD/CD player – so bring along your favourite films and music.

Wi fi access is often available within the apartment, and there is open access in the nearby Croisette.

 

The kitchen area is equipped with two hot plates and a medium sized oven & grill; fridge, kettle, numerous pans, plates, cups, glasses, utensils and cutlery. The dining area has an extendible table and four chairs. The bathroom has a full size enamel bath with a shower attachment, porcelain sink, toilet and bidet. Oil-fired central heating and unlimited hot water. Privacy curtain to divide the main area from bunk bed area, if required. Wardrobe with hanging and shelf space, plus additional storage space in the bunk bed drawer and corner unit. Usually rented from Saturday to Saturday, though sometimes flexibility can be arranged – especially in the summer season. Ski locker area accessible from within the building or through separate outside entrance.

Prices shown are for the apartment as a whole, irrespective of the number of people in the party. Electricity, water and heating are included.

If you wish to make a booking then contact us in the first instance to check the current availability and payment options. PayPal payments can be taken in some circumstances.

When a booking is accepted a deposit of £100 per week will be required immediately. In addition to the deposit, the full payment will be required six weeks prior to the commencement of the rental period. In the event of cancellation: more than 42 days prior to rental commencement, all or part of the deposit may be retained; less than 42 days all or part of the full payment may be retained – the amount returned will be dependent on whether a re-booking can be obtained and any additional costs incurred. (Cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, eg. ill-health, are covered by travel insurance.) Deposit money will be returned on receipt of the keys, and once our Agents in France confirm that no damage or breakages have occurred.

Linen & towels

English-style oblong pillows and duvets are provided for all beds, so you can bring duvet covers, under sheets, pillowcases and towels as required. Alternatively a linen and towel service can be provided at a cost, per week, of £20 for a double bed linen set and £14 for each single bed linen set. Extra pillowcases: £3 each. Hand towels: £4 each. Bath towels: £7 each. Minimum charge for a linen rental: £32.
